It’s been a little while now as the flu has made its way through our little bakery and we are all just starting to mend. The last week, and even the one prior to that, has been a struggle as we felt constantly behind in our production. I’m sure some of you noticed when you came by for some of your favorite treats and we disappointed. But as we are getting our energies back, I’m expecting this upcoming week to be closer to what you’ve been expecting of us, and of what we expect of ourselves.

Not only have we been behind in our in-kitchen responsibilities, but I have also lagged in maintaining the blog – a promise I made earlier in the year. This entry is merely to state the obvious, that we’ve been down lately, but you can expect another entry later in the week. In that post I will announce a new location where you can find some of our products, including the possibility of some items that we are not currently carrying at our storefront. So, that’s pretty exciting!
