Have you had one of our scrumptious wheat-free (gluten free) breads? (Yes, I did say scrumptious.) We have created a special wheat-free flour mix only available to Luckee Dutch customers. We believe that food should taste great no matter what, including gluten free. In fact, after nearly three full years of research and development, we have successfully created our fabulous wheat-free croissants. They taste great and have those flaky layers you expect to find in a regular French croissant.
We are a shared kitchen, so for those with extreme gluten sensitivities, please note that there is the potential for cross-contamination from gluten flour. But we do all that we can to keep this to an absolute minimum. All wheat-free product is handled with extreme care in one section to the bakery devoted exclusively to wheat-free production (including the separation of dedicated tools, and mixing equipment).
