So, randomly, at a low-customer time for us, a young man approaches our front counter and introduces himself as the writer of a ‘Hidden Gems’ food publication. He asks us if he can do a story about us for the magazine called Indulge. After agreeing he asks a few more questions, we provide a few samples of our food, all the while we continue to work. A few days pass, we’ve heard nothing regarding the article, and, to be perfectly frank, we’d forgotten that it was supposed to be written at all. Then, as we’re helping to answer some customer’s dietary concerns, someone mentions this article. That they read about us here.

Like I said, we’d forgotten about it by that time. It did was sort of a bit of a surprise, but a good one. Anyhow, as I posted on Facebook, kinda cool.
