In case you couldn’t tell, there’s been a few new things worth pointing out. But first things first. Hello blog. It’s been a while! It’s good to be back.

The leaves are turning, the weather’s getting colder (especially at night) and it’s time for Winter Hours and a new menu. The menu’s already been posted to this site and the hours will be updated by the time I post this blog. We are changing to 6am – 3pm on Monday, 6am – 4pm Tuesday thru Saturday and off on Sunday.

We’ve also noticed that while it’s nice to have people build their own sandwiches, having them already set on the menu will hopefully allow the decision making process to be a bit easier. So we’ve created a new menu. Not currently listed is our breakfast sandwiches. Wheat-Free Biscuits and Croissants with choice of egg, bacon, ham and cheddar. That’ll be something we carry for a short while because if I have to be in the kitchen so early, I’m going to want to eat a breakfast sandwich for myself. Might as well offer it to everyone else, too, eh?

Someone’s watching a movie in the other room with a lot of Russian dialogue. It’s making writing this blog very challenging. But one of the things we hope to accomplish with the new hours is more time to focus on the website. So, if all goes as I expect, I’ll be posting a new blog shortly. It’ll have most of the information I was going to include here but am currently unable to due to my stretched focus right now.

Oh, one thing I did want to add. As you can tell from a couple paragraphs ago, we now are offering Croissants from our puff pastry we freshly make. On the Wheat-Free side, we are now offering pretzels. They aren’t strong enough to make sandwiches out of as we do with the standard wheat pretzels, but for those that miss eating a pretzel, we’ll begin to have them on certain days. I don’t know exactly what days those will be, yet, so keep up with the posts. That’s what’s called a tease — designed to keep you coming back…
